Service Operation Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how TMUA Master operates its service, including maintenance, service interruptions, and incident handling.

2. Service Operation

TMUA Master is operated with the goal of providing continuous access to educational resources, practice materials, and exam preparation features.

Temporary service limitations may occur due to maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or service improvements.

3. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to our learning platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, access may occasionally be unavailable or limited due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System updates
  • Security improvements
  • Unexpected technical issues

4. Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance may be performed to improve service stability, security, and performance.

Maintenance may include:

  • System updates
  • Server maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Database maintenance
  • Performance improvements

Where reasonably possible, users will be informed in advance.

5. Planned Service Interruption

If a planned service interruption is required, we may provide advance notice through the platform.

The notice may include:

  • Start time
  • Expected completion time
  • Affected features

During planned maintenance, access to some or all services may be temporarily unavailable.

6. Emergency Maintenance

Emergency maintenance may be required to address critical technical issues, security concerns, or system failures.

8. Mock Test Incident Handling

If technical issues affect a Mock Test attempt, we will review the situation and provide appropriate support where necessary.

Decisions are based on the impact and circumstances of the issue.

9. Service Disruption Compensation

If a significant service disruption affects a user'`s purchased service, appropriate measures may be provided depending on the circumstances.

Possible measures include:

  • Membership period extension
  • Additional Mock Test attempt

Compensation decisions may consider:

  • Duration of the disruption
  • Affected services
  • User impact
